Karl Heinz Stiegemann and Massonic Implants

I. Relocation and False Representation

Following a formal invitation from Karl Heinz Stiegemann, I relocated from Belgrade, Serbia, to Berlin, Germany, in March 2016. The move was predicated on a specific “job position” which I later discovered to be non-existent. Upon arrival, it became clear that the professional environment surrounding Stiegemann was defined by deep-seated corruption.

While Stiegemann presented himself as a high-level EU official, I learned post-arrival that he is a figure widely criticized by the German public for his involvement in various scandals and illegal activities—facts that were obscured from me during the recruitment process.

II. The Incident at Lützowstraße 61

On March 29, 2016, I moved into the apartment assigned to me by my employer, located at Lützowstraße 61, Berlin. On April 1, 2016, while at this residence, I experienced a sudden and significant physical change above the left eye and in the left brain. I felt a distinct sensation above my left eye, as if a foreign object had been inserted.

Through subsequent investigation, a foreign object was located in that exact position. This device is a metal-cased, computer-like implant that was placed during my time in Stiegemann’s apartment. This event has had a permanent and altering impact on my life.

III. Current Status and Network Exploitation

I am still carrying this implant, which functions as a mobile-linked device. It is being utilized for political and personal exploitation, allowing external parties to “program” or influence me over a network.

Since my return to Belgrade, the following individuals and entities have been identified as being involved in the operation and “programming” of this device:

  • Veljko Petrović Dlabz: Involved in the direct network-based torture and programming of the device.

  • Daniel Smith: The individual providing “supra-vision” (supravision) for the group responsible for these brain-implant exploits.

IV. Conclusion and Intent

The removal of this invasive technology is a significant challenge due to its placement and the nature of its integration, yet I am fully committed to resolving this situation. My findings suggest that these illegal operations, led by Karl Heinz Stiegemann, involve corrupt safe-havens and links spanning Maine (USA) and Israel. I am documenting these events to ensure a clear record of this invasive technology and the individuals responsible for its use.

Note: “These technologies are Illegal, and I am not the only one living with an implant, a previous Karl Heinz Stiegemans Worker, named Marian Petrik, and many others that Karl has invited to work for him, are suffering and are also, not even Alive to tell the story”

V. Notice of Illegality, Systemic Victimisation, and Public Directive

Stefan Jugović formally declares that the neural technologies described herein are strictly illegal and represent a profound violation of international human rights and biological integrity. He emphasises that he is not an isolated case; rather, he is part of a growing list of victims subjected to these invasive procedures. He specifically cites the case of Marian Petrik, a former worker under Karl Heinz Stiegemann, and asserts that many others invited by Stiegemann are no longer alive to testify to these crimes.

Stefan Jugović further states that following the implantation process, victims are targeted and contacted by specific operatives within this network. He identifies Dr. Dan Smith (Daniel Smith), who claims to operate out of Maine, United States, as a figure providing oversight for these exploits, and Veljko Petrović Dlabz as the individual responsible for the applicable activation and network-based programming of these devices.

The “illness” or “impurity” caused by these computer implants is described by Stefan Jugović as staggering and life-altering. Consequently, he issues the following directive for anyone suspecting they have been similarly targeted:

“If you are experiencing problems with such a device, I am prepared to assist. You may contact me directly at s@stefanjugovic.com. Furthermore, you must report these activities to your nearest police department. However, it is a categorical necessity that you have a trusted friend or personal contact within the force; without such an advocate, the complexities of this technology mean your claims will highly likely be neglected or dismissed. I am committed to solving this and aiding those who have been silenced.”
