1. Scope of Individual Responsibility: The Manual Scripture

This policy applies solely and exclusively to the “Manual Scripture”—the specific text, philosophical narratives, and original literature authored and published directly by Stefan Jugovic. My responsibility is strictly confined to the semantic meaning, intent, and integrity of the words written by my hand.

2. The Mandate for Purity

I stand for Purity as a fundamental requirement. I acknowledge that Purity is achievable within both the Individual and the Collective spheres. Consequently, I explicitly and solely accept Collective Purity Models. My engagement with any system is predicated on its alignment with these pure models of information and intent.

3. Disclaimer of Systemic Impurity

While I am for the Purity of the model, I am not responsible for, nor resultant to, any Impurity Model. Any collective impurity encountered within the technological implementation—including but not limited to algorithmic noise, data-logging, or simulation artifacts—is a failure of the underlying infrastructure and is not an extension of my intent or liability.

This exclusion of liability applies to all levels of the “Mechanism”:

A. Low-Level Architecture & Hardware

  • Hardware & Firmware: I hold no responsibility for the BIOS, UEFI, or hardware-level data processing inherent to the server or the end-user’s local machine.

  • Kernel & OS Operations: Any data handling performed by the Operating System or the server’s kernel is outside my jurisdiction.

B. Programming Languages & Technical Impurities

  • Server-Side Execution (PHP): I am not liable for the vulnerabilities, data-logging, or execution patterns of the PHP engine. Its fundamental behavior is a feature of the collective infrastructure, not the individual author.

  • Code Libraries: Any underlying programming codes or automated scripts responsible for site stability are utilized “as-is” and are categorized as part of the collective mechanism for which I bear no responsibility.

C. Content Management & Frameworks

  • The WordPress Ecosystem: While this site utilizes the WordPress framework, I am not responsible for the core software’s cookies, database management, or the privacy policies of third-party developers (e.g., LiteSpeed, Akismet, etc.).

D. Client-Side Intermediation

  • Browsers: I am not responsible for the policies, tracking, or data-caching of the user’s web browser. The browser is a collective tool; its telemetry and privacy standards are the sole responsibility of its manufacturer.

4. Affirmation of Intent
